Following a career which began in retail management and progressed to a senior administrative position within the NHS, Louise’s organisational skills have been instrumental in the ongoing development of the business. Louise's particular areas of expertise include market research and mystery shopping. In addition she has specific responsibility for the financial and administrative functions within MMS. Most of us obey her orders when it comes to money.
