Glen Mitton is one of the UK's foremost new homes marketing experts. We know that to look at him you wouldn't think so but it's true. He has over thirty years experience in new homes marketing, gained from a background which spans time spent in the media, a major regional advertising agency, as Marketing Director of a substantial blue chip house building company and as MD of MMS.

Louise Mitton

Director

Following a career which began in retail management and progressed to a senior administrative position within the NHS, Louise's organisational skills have been instrumental in the ongoing development of the business. Louise's particular areas of expertise include market research and mystery shopping. In addition she has specific responsibility for the financial and administrative functions within MMS. Most of us obey her orders when it comes to money.

Danielle Mitton

Director

Danielle graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2006 after reading Business Studies with Marketing. Having gained valuable work experience with MMS during her vacation periods where she was primarily responsible for the development and maintenance of clients' websites, she has since taken the company by storm. Now a Director in charge of operations and all things technical she despairs of ever teaching some of us exactly how it works.

Gladys Delgado-Hunt

Account management - marketing

With a 15 year track record of delivering successful national and international communications campaigns, including experience with a national house builder, Gladys brings both B2B and B2C experience to the MMS mix.

Passionate about all things creative and a practising artist, she also adds creative thinking to the top notch project management skills required to deliver any project.

Jack Rhodes

Account management - digital

Jack is our chief techie. His primary area of expertise is web site maintenance, having gained experience managing online sales for a retail business prior to joining MMS in 2005. His latest accomplishment is to become a recognised Google Adwords Qualified Individual, making him fully qualified to handle all aspects of your paid search marketing activity. Jack knows how it works and he is also the tallest member of the team.

Kevin Bishop

Creative

Kevin joined MMS in January 2008 as an art worker/designer. He has previously gained 2 years experience in a similar role after graduating from Norwich School of Art and Design with a BA (hons) in Graphic Design. You have to admit, he looks the creative type.

Sheeba Ali

Account management - PR

After graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University with a degree in Public Relations, Sheeba progressed to an agency setting where she worked for a diverse mix of clients in both the B2B and B2C sectors. This included clients in the retail, financial, construction and public sector industries, making her a well rounded PR professional. One of her major clients during her previous role was one of the largest house builders in the UK, so Sheeba fits perfectly into the MMS mix.

Dominic Mitton

Digital

Dominic joined the MMS team in 2007 primarily to work alongside Jack Rhodes, providing additional resource in the area of web site maintenance and content management. He also provides additional jokes and is the youngest member of the team.

Curtis Scarlett

Digital

After graduating from Wolverhampton University with a degree in Web Development, Curtis joined MMS in the position of Digital Executive. With skills in both the development and design of web content he has been able to aid the team and bring new ideas to the table. An avid Manchester United fan he enjoys nothing more than seeing United win - something which seems to happen with monotonous regularity.

Chris Phillips

Digital

Having grown up with computers, Chris has always had an eye for all things techie. After graduating from Lichfield College with a BTEC National in ICT and various New CLAiT awards, Chris joined the MMS team primarily to work in the digital team, providing additional resource in the area of website maintenance and content management. Brenda Rhodes

Administration

Brenda's background is in commercial and retail administration, with specific skills in the areas of data management and the compilation of market research reports, making her ideally suited for much of the work we do. She has no training that would have prepared her for controlling this unruly team.
